Individual and Group Coaching
Coaching is ideal for small business owners seeking a proven marketing system. You will build a practical and effective marketing plan and receive the long-term accountability of a coach who is interested in the success of your business.
Individual Marketing Coaching:
The program is tailored to your specific needs. We meet for two 90 minute in-person sessions per month to work together to create your marketing plan and address your marketing issues.
Between meetings you read the Marketing material we provide, and apply the knowledge to your business which we then review during our individual meetings.
Group Marketing Coaching
Group coaching works in a similar fashion although in a group setting. We limit participants to no more than 10 business owners from non-competing industries. Group coaching is perfect for those who enjoy working together. Business relationships and friendships are often formed in group coaching sessions which makes them particularly powerful.
How are we different?
We?re not typical marketing consultants. We make recommendations AND help you implement them. If your company needs to reach a new market segment, we?ll help you design and monitor the campaign to do it. If you need to improve your web site, we?ll do it for you or help you do it.
And we?re not an advertising agency either. We work with agencies as needed but the answer to your marketing problems may not be another brochure or television ad. You may have a customer service issue or perhaps your product or lead management process needs some attention.
